ANNOUNCEMENT!

A full version of this game is now in development! DESERT OF ASH: a Post-Apocalyptic Gay Sex Simulator will be a full-length adult visual novel, complete with illustrations. You can follow development at any of the following places:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Being a gay man was hard enough before the end of civilization.

Now you must journey across the post-apocalyptic wasteland that is Earth and carefully manage the resources you need to survive, like food and water. You will meet other survivors, with whom you can negotiate for supplies, among other things...

Put more bluntly, this is a POST-APOCALYPTIC GAY SEX SIMULATOR.

It's not quite as saucy as it sounds, but this game does contain both NSFW text and descriptions of homophobic violence, so please play at your own discretion.

This is a prototype made during Ink Jam 2018 over a single weekend, coming in at about 6000 mostly unedited words. For news on the upcoming full version of this game, follow the links above!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I played and loved your game! Awesome setting and writing!

I started writing interactive fiction some months ago with twine 2, so I know how hard it is. If you want help to expand your game and need some collaboration I'm very interested. I'm not a native speaker, although I'm used to write in English for poetry and fiction.  Please, let me know. Bye!

Hey, thanks, I'm glad you like it! For this game in particular, the main thing I would want help with is art of the hot guys. I appreciate the offer though, and good luck with your own games! The world needs more queer IF.

Doesn't launch, I only see an empty window with name of the game.

It seems like this is something that happens with Ink stories online sometimes, but it's rare and I'm not sure why it happens. For now I would try using a different browser. Sorry about that!
